If i could have a post-war unit, I'd open up the balconies on both sides of the flats as seen in the picture! :)
Haha, HDB does not seem to encourage that even though it is marked as Balcony in the floor plan.Some residents may have removed the drainage pipes and the neighbours living above cannot drain off the water.Most of my customers abandon the idea after hitting the brick wall at HDB.
